Brasserie 'de Koepel' Scenic dining Brasserie de Koepel on Oosteinde in Voorburg is the former orangery of the Vreugd & Rust country estate. It is based in a central location with a unique, scenic terrace, and the tasteful interior design beautifully complements the park outside. The home smoked salmon, the Caesar salad and the lobster soup are absolute musts as first courses, and the main courses and desserts are also extremely appetising. The brasserie is open every evening and the combination of the distinctive premises, the unique ambience and the splendid dishes also makes this venue perfectly suited for private dinners or for a reception.
